Hiwatari is the 2nd site to be created by Albelnox. His first site was called Anime Design. Albelnox closed Anime Design since he believed he had improved greatly from when he had first opened his site and required a fresh start in order to become motivated in providing graphics for the community once again. Now Hiwatari is opened on the 23rd August 2009. and is proudly hosted by Reject Me. Hiwatari aims to provide quality graphics for your webdesigning and graphical needs.

Albelnox is a 17 year old boy from the United Kingdom. Who currently is in education at his local six form (which is college but at your school). I currently study Financial Studies, Business Studies and ICT. Albelnox would like to go into a career with computer designing in the future since he believes he has the potential and the skills to gain the career if he is determined and works hard. Albelnox also enjoys winter more since you can easily get warmed up, unlike in summer where it is harder to cool down. I dislike the cold though due to getting the cold illness every year. Albelnox likes to play video games in his spare time and also spend time with his friends.
